For international couriers we use BEX or DHL.
As most of the products listed on this web site are available within 24hrs at our facility we ship the goods within 48 to 72 hours after payment has been cleared in our bank account.
We cannot guarantee that the products will be sent out within that exact time frame but we endeavor to ship as quickly as possible. Shipment will also be dependent on availability of stock.
We process all paid for orders (money in our account) each morning. If we received your order and payment before 09h00, your order will go out the same day. If we receive your order and payment after 09h00 in the morning, your order will go out the next working day. (Only applies to our stock items and not third party products and if we have stock available)
Courier cut off time is 14h00.
Orders received on a Friday go out the following Monday (that is if Monday is not a public holiday)
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and an option to wait a few more days or a full refund is initiated.
We have various shipping options:
- Local Courier to your Street Address – about 24 to 96 hours depending on your location – Major Cities = faster.
- International courier will depend on the country you are in. Between 5 and 16 days.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the volumetric weight of the parcel.

If you do not have a valid street address ask a friend or relative if you can have your parcel delivered there.
